Induction Training

We run a highly comprehensive Training Programme that is tailored to meet the training needs of each individual employee. Staff who are new to the care industry will be required to study and pass the latest National Care Certificate. 

 All our training is provided by fully qualified experts, mostly through Worcester County Council’s training department. We will also use local NHS and other specialist training providers for courses such as Buccal Midazolam and Peg-feeding. 

All in all you will find an approachable and highly supportive management team, keen to support you and your personal development.

Further Training & Development

Once you have completed your Induction Training there is ongoing development for all our support staff. All key areas of mandatory training will be updated as required by the Care Quality Commission.  Training opportunities will be discussed at supervisions and reviews with each individual team member. 



Additional Specialist Training & Development

There are opportunities with Rely Care for staff to take Level 3 and even Level 5 Diplomas in Health & Social Care.

We also have 30 different courses covering all aspects of specialist care at home, such as Dementia Care, Palliative Care, Peg Feeding, Autism Awareness etc.
